Holding two Master in Science in Nursing (MSN) degrees, one MSN emphasis on Psychiatry as a Clinical Nurse Specialist from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA, and the second MSN emphasis in Psychiatry as a Nurse Practitioner from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA.

Hometown: Recently relocated from Las Vegas, NV to Tacoma, WA.
My goal is to continue providing the best psychiatric care I can provide to everyone who needs it. Regardless of personal preferences, race, ethnic backgrounds, or religious beliefs. I choose this path to help others who need help, after realizing how many people, mostly psychiatric patients, were not heard when they needed to be heard.
My love for others is to always try and help them, and see patients as my family members. What kind of care would I like my family to receive? And this is exactly what I like to give to others. Educating patients is a must in this field, as patients need to be aware of the treatment recommended and the reasons for it.
Mission Statement: To always be fair to everyone I meet, to respect everyone on their uniqueness, never judging and always listening to patients’ needs. Treat everyone as part of my family, always see them as humans with needs.
Expertise: Working in the psychiatric field since 2005, initially as a psychiatric registered nurse inpatient. And continued with my education until I reached my doctorate. I am also bilingual, fluent in Spanish.
Hobbies: Love soccer, hockey, football, spending time with family and my dogs. Walking in nature, dancing, music, and reading.
