hroughout my life I have always enjoyed speaking to and helping others. Some of my proudest achievements in life are helping my patients find new purpose in life, and bringing a smile to their face. My patients inspire me to continuously grow in my nursing journey. My first job was as a nurses helper, and I grew through the healthcare community to better myself and my skills. I have had a hand in every healthcare setting, and enjoy aspects of each. Helping others is my passion in life, and I look forward to the opportunity to continue developing my ability to care for patients needs.
My goal and purpose as a nurse practitioner is to make a difference in the lives of others where it is needed most. I provide compassionate and goal orientated care to help clients reach their best self. Patients should know that I will create an agreed upon treatment plan, and will see them as often as necessary to help them feeling better. I will listen to them, encourage them, and be an ally in their corner. Together we will work towards getting them back to their best self. I will also make referrals as necessary, to assist in the process.
My first step in working with a client is getting to know their needs. I want to understand what they are going through and let them know they are not alone. I find the core of their current issues, and create a plan with the patient’s needs in mind. I will see a patient as often as needed until they are back to a better place.
