I am Christopher Holloway, a licensed mental health therapist. I began my career as an actor, but I eventually found my passion in helping others through therapy. I am passionate about working with people who are going through life’s transitions, such as families with special needs, people who are changing careers, or those who are struggling with anxiety.
As a therapist, I believe that everyone has the potential to find meaning in their lives. I use an existential approach to therapy, which focuses on helping clients explore their values, beliefs, and goals. I believe that everyone is unique and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I tailor my approach to each individual client’s needs.
My areas of specialization include anxiety reduction, vocational services, transition services for special needs youth, and career counseling. I am have a background in drama therapy, which can be helpful for those that wish to conceptualize their treatment in a different fashion.
